“To become an Apostolic Center where disciples are trained to impact communities and culture. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we will edify leaders into their spiritual gifting and equip disciples to the ministry God is calling them for. We plan to expand our institute to a three year program to fully equip disciples in multiple areas of their walk.”
Why Milwaukee?
God’s command to us: “Don’t Leave the city until every person hears the Word of God!” We will start with discipleship in Milwaukee and then reach out globally.
Prophetic Word: “The Gathering Place”
The Lord has given us this prophetic name for the city of Milwaukee. Although Milwaukee may have a reputation of being one of the most segregated cities in the nation, it is also full of cultural diversity. In addition, Milwaukee is a hub for hosting nationwide events such as Summerfest and Harley Davidson’s annual celebration. It also has a large number of mobile population for the purposes of working, studying, and activities.
Ministry Connections:
Milwaukee is full of different organizations and ministries that we are well connected with. We plan to partner with them in order to help outreach to the city and establish His kingdom. Only by the unity of the Body of Christ and the leading of the Holy Spirit can we hope to accomplish such a vision!
OUR MISSION:
“To send out disciples everywhere by the anointing of the Holy Spirit.”
Our purpose is to follow Jesus’ command in the Great Commission: To make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Our purpose is to first be missional in local communities first, and then continue to expand globally. Here in Antioch, we believe that missions should start in our own backyard, progress to our surrounding communities, spread to our city, and then to the nations. Our inspiration comes from the Lord when He said to his disciples, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” — in Acts 1:8
